TheLiveLine.com – where fans and artists go to shoot the sh** (used with permission from Alternative Revolt Magazine)

One of the hardest working guys I know not only promotes several record companies and a number of artists but he also works for a very cool business, TheLiveLine.com. This company allows fans to call a number and listen to a recorded message left by an actual famous artist of their choice to see what the latest thing going on in their lives is. Not only that, but a fan can also receive a text by the artist of what they’re into or what they’re about to get into. To make it sweeter, sometimes the artist will answer the phone and talk to you if they’re super cool and not super busy. Want to know who some of these artists are? Scott Ian (Anthrax), Dez Fafara (DevilDriver), Burton C Bell (Fear Factory), Maria Brink (In This Moment), and many more.

Not only do they have an amazingly simple and effective idea for promoting businesses, their idea behind fan-to-artist mobile phone interaction is cool and unique which will probably be as important as society has made Twitter. Their press release sounds mighty inviting: “The website allows our talent to create AudioBlogs, and anyone can call them at a number we assign them for FREE. This itself is cool to be able to hear their actual voice, and interact with fans. Fans can even leave voice messages for the Artists, and you never know, the artist may just answer the phone and start talking to you! Every time an artist updates their AudioBlog, a text alert goes out.

Try it for yourself, and give Maria Brink a call for FREE: (877) 306-2742. Who is Maria Brink? The delicious singer of “In This Moment” who also was featured in Playboy.

TheLiveLine.com has an updated version which will go live very soon and you don’t want to miss out on this huge ordeal. You can see a glimpse now at http://www.theliveline.com

What interested me equally was a section they have called “Purgatory.” This is a cool concept where unknown artists get a chance to score a spot with the big boys on the site. Basically, an unknown artist tries to gain 1,000 fans. Until they do they stay in “purgatory” but once they get that number of fans they achieve a spot with the already-knowns. So, to get a bit more understanding here is an interview with someone who knows all about TheLiveLine.com, Scott Holmen.

THE INTERVIEW

Daniel/AR: The idea behind theliveline.com is very cool. It’s been tested for a couple years if my information is correct. What prompted the idea and how did it get moving so fast and successfully?

Scott/TheLiveLine: We were aware that the technology was available but mostly being applied to retail marketing. We approached our parent company with the idea of using their existing technology and applying it to the entertainment industry.

Daniel/AR: Tell me a typical scenario how a fan could benefit from joining.

Scott/TheLiveLine: In addition to getting updates from Artists IN THE ARTISTS’ OWN VOICE, fans on TheLiveLine have access to exclusive contests, promotions, alerts and access to our “Talent Family”.

Daniel/AR: What is the cost to join?

Scott/TheLiveLine: It is absolutely FREE to be a fan or an artist on TheLiveLine.

Daniel/AR: Tell me a typical scenario of how a business could benefit from this. Let’s say the name of the business was Envy Anna Jones or Eggshell White Castle.

Scott/TheLiveLine: The businesses that are coming alongside TheLiveLine see the value of several components that we produce. A business is able to access fans, via their mobile device, which is the most immediate and relevant way to reach their targeted demographic today. We are able to serve highly targeted text, voice and web communications on behalf of these businesses.

Daniel/AR: How would you compare this to Twitter which is what I thought of initially?

Scott/TheLiveLine: We are different than twitter in that we have incorporated an Audio component in TheLiveLine. On twitter, you can’t be too sure who is tweeting on behalf of an artist. Frequently, an administrator is generating the tweets. With TheLiveLine, you are HEARING your favorite artists voice SECONDS after they record their AudioBlog and are provided with a way to engage in 2-way communication with them.

Daniel/AR: When theliveline.com is complete what are all the great things one can expect from visiting it and being a member?

Scott/TheLiveLine: As we continue to build out TheLiveLine we expect to facilitate event based mobile experiences where we are at shows allowing fans to engage with the artists via picture 2 screen text to screen, voting, and providing mobile deals on merch, concessions, etc.
We will be able to provide fans and brands with highly relevant information that they will want based on some of the information that they request. For example, a metal fan will request and get information around metal music, metal merch, metal events, etc.

Daniel/AR: Your “purgatory” is a very cool idea. To what extent will theliveline.com go to make sure these artists get known?

Scott/TheLiveLine: We are huge proponents of the “up & comers”. We have already used our resources to book shows for some of these smaller bands. We truly believe that as Artists see a company in this “Dog Eat Dog” world that you so accurately describe come along side of them and help them with publicity, brand building, management, and bringing them into our network within the entertainment business they will reciprocate by providing TheLiveLine with new content, traffic and otherwise reciprocating. Scratching each others backs if you will.

Daniel/AR: Anything else you’d like to have everyone know?

Scott/TheLiveLine: We would love fan feedback on our TheLiveLine. We would love to know other bands that you would like to connect with through TheLiveLine. This site is meant to cater to the fans so I would hope that they would be generous in letting us know what they want. We will do everything we can to make this site the ultimate site for engaging with artists and gathering information about entertainment.

Daniel/AR: Even though this isn’t an artist interview I’ll throw you a famous question curve ball just the same. If theliveline.com dominated all businesses and could change the way people paid for services what would the change be, would Bill Gates care at all and would it affect the afterlife in any way?

Wow. That is a big question!

1. Ultimately , payment for services would be made by brands that see the tremendous return on getting targeted, relevant information in front of fans on TheLiveLine. This way, fans are only present with information/advertising that they would want to see and advertisers see a high rate of return on their advertising dollars because of this.

2. I hope that Bill Gates would care. If TheLiveLine is “dominating all businesses” we would likely come up on his radar in a meaningful way.

3. As to the afterlife, one can only hope that energy put forth in this life affects the afterlife but I am hardly in a position to speak to these mysteries with any definitive conviction. For now I’ll just trust that if we “do good then good will follow us”.

Daniel/AR: Thank you very much for talking a bit about this amazing concept. Being one for the major and not-so-major artists together in one place is worth telling people about. I wish you all the best.

Thomas L. Phillips – Indie director gaining solid ground

If you’ve never seen Thomas L. Phillips’ first movie, a comedy/horror flick called “Special Dead” stop right now and do just that: http://www.specialdeadmovie.com/. This movie is, well, original. With a tagline “Sometimes Heroes Ride The Short Bus” how can you pass that up? I tell you who can’t, Producer Jeff Katz (Snakes on a Plane, Shoot Em Up, X-Men: Wolverine & Freddy Versus Jason). In fact, a full length animated feature by this guy is in the works right now. But why wait? Check it out at on IMDB at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0765475 for more info and I am certain you won’t be disappointed. In fact, the Youtube movie trailer follows this article.
So what else is Thomas L. Phillips famous for? Well, his second feature received numerous awards on the festival circuit, an indie drama Rattle Basket. Also, he is about to start work on his third feature that has a pretty cool, well respected actor taking on a lead role. This movie is quite the opposite of his first film but sure to be a heart warmer and lesson learning experience. Check out the official Press Release:

Casting News (Where I Begin) – For Immediate Release
Treme Star Set For Indie Film In Kentucky

Veteran actor Lance E. Nichols is now formally attached to star in the new independent film, “Where I Begin,” to be filmed in Columbia, KY this summer. Nichols, who can currently be seen in his reoccurring role on HBO’s Treme starring Khandi Alexander (who plays his wife on the show), Melissa Leo, Steve Zahn, John Goodman and Rob Brown. Nichols is known for his diverse roles in films such as “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” “Welcome to the Rileys,” “The Bad Lieutenant – Port of Call New Orleans,” and “American Violet.”

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0629634/

The film will be directed by award winning filmmaker Thomas L. Phillips. The script was co-written by Phillips and Melanie Addington and the team is also co-producing.

“Where I Begin” is a character-study in small town life, and asks the question, can you ever really go home? Can you ever really escape it? After 10 years away, Jacob thought that returning to his hometown after high school may find him the closure he sought. But for those he left behind, the consequences of one fateful night have forever altered their community. Haddy, who has spent her life in the shadow and whispers of her fathers sins, is the only one brave enough to reach out to him. When Jacob returns, his mother Connie, best friend Tyler and the girl he tragically left in his wake, Kristen, find themselves once again intertwined and all must face old ghosts. For Haddy, their lives act as a mirror to her own buried needs. She must face up to the reality that the small town she once loved may not be her future while Jacob searches for a way home again.

“Having grown up in the small southern town like the one where we’ll be shooting, it is my goal to create a very authentic and accurate portrait of the characters and the region itself,” Director Thomas L. Phillips said. “I love character driven stories, and Where I Begin is just that story. The kind of movie that an audience can identify with. The reality is in the script and in the town itself, and the actors will take that reality and make it their own. I have made two features and have loved them both, but now I have made my way back home, and I am making what I have always dreamed of making.” For more information, please visit: http://whereibeginmovie.com.

Guess what? Here is an interview with this talented man. Yep. So enjoy a ride in the mind of Thomas L. Phillips.

Daniel/AR: According to IMDB you were part of The Forsaken back in 2001. If you don’t mind, give us a bit of history on how it started up until now.

TLP: Oh yeah, The Forsaken, I had almost forgotten about that one. Ha. I was still in undergrad in Flagstaff Arizona, and my professor knew a former student of his who was working on the project. They were shooting in Arizona and needed some Production Assistants, which is basically nothing but a gopher, a glorified lackey, basically a coffee getter. That being said, I learned a ton about being on set, and seeing the way things work, cause at that point I was still studying acting and had never even seen a movie set.

After undergrad, I went off to film school in Cali, and the rest is history. Not meaning it was easy, three years of grad school, then I made my first feature (for nothing, all the producers scraped everything we had together in order to get it done), then my second, and here I am making my third movie Where I Begin. And this is the one I have been dying to shoot, a true character driven story, set in a small southern town. My first two features I had nothing to do with the writing process, so it was nice to be a part of that process this time around. Melanie Addington and I wrote the latest movie, and we are truly proud of what we are about to bring to the screen.

I could ramble on, but I don’t want to bore everyone. Special dEaD, Rattle Basket and now Where I Begin, in that order.

Daniel/AR: “Special Dead” was an original idea and fun. Now that it’s being made into a bigger budgeted animated movie will the story change much? How much input do you or Jared Tweedie have for the latest version?

TLP: Honestly, I do not know. I have not been in the loop on this one. Jared Tweedie the writer and one of the movies producers have been dealing with all that, and I trust him completely.

Daniel/AR: Wheelchair races can be pretty fun but even more so if you could attach sled dogs or horses to them. Would you agree?

TLP: I would totally agree with you here, and I want to be involved with any race that does so, call me up if and when you hear of such a race taking place.

Daniel/AR: A sense of humor is essential. I think it should be the sixth sense. You were responsible for putting together a few episodes of “The World’s Funniest Moments.” What was that like?

TLP: Yeah, well honestly, there was not one thing funny about the show. The clips were not funny at all. I am not gonna sit here and bad mouth a bad show too much, as it did pay the bills for a while. It was actually fun editing though, cause we had to make it look good and be as funny as it could be, so that was a challenge and I am always down for a good challenge.

Daniel/AR: Comedy seems to be your niche, at least it has been. Your new film, “Where I Begin” seems to get away from a comedy focused theme. It also seems to hold an importance to yourself. Why is that so?

TLP: I would like to consider myself good at comedy, Special dEaD being funny and all, and Rattle Basket being a Drama/Comedy, but at the end of the day I am all about dramas, not just dramas, but intense grittier character study dramas. So in that respect, Where I Begin is my first, flat out serious in tone, dramatic film.
It is personal, for one because I am filming in the south where I was born and raised. I had always told myself that I would come back home and make a movie, and now I am getting that chance. There were a couple of stories that I had heard over time, that were very personal to me and people I knew, and I wanted to combine those stories into one, and that is where the script came from.
It is also personal to me because all of the characters in the movie are real, true and honest people. They are people I know, you know and everyone else knows. These are the kind of characters that I want to see on the screen. They are not Hollywoodized characters, ya know like the typical bad guy, the stereotypical people all with redeeming qualities. The characters in Where I Begin are real.

Daniel/AR: You got Lance E. Nichols involved. How did that happen? It’s exciting news.

TLP: Honestly, he read the breakdown somehow and submitted himself. Then we emailed back and forth, then he read the script and loved it, then we talked on the phone and that was that. It was a lot simpler than I had expected to be honest with you.

Daniel/AR: I saw a picture of what I thought was you with you and Jason Statham, my favorite action star. Talk a bit about that. (*After the interview I found out that it was someone else in a picture with Jason Statham. I got my facts mixed up. I left these questions anyway because Thomas made them funny – Daniel)

TLP: If there is a picture with me and Jason, I had no idea it existed, we were at the same party once at the Saddlehorse, and I maybe there was a picture taken, but I am not sure. But if you got a copy of it, send one my way.

Daniel/AR: Did he ever kick you in your face?

Oh, maybe that is why I do not know about the picture. Maybe he kicked me in the face and I forgot all about it.

Daniel/AR: What are some other big name actors you have met and how many of them kicked you in the face?

TLP: Zooey Deshanel almost ran over me in the alley behind a carpet shop in West Hollywood. Well really she just almost backed into me. I guess I have a tendency to make my stories more dramatic. Ha. I think she was driving a Volv.

Daniel/AR: For the record, I ask that because I’ve always wanted to have my ass kicked by Milla Jovavich. To me, that’s hot. Maybe sick too but what can I say?

TLP: Whatever floats your boat dude, rock it and don’t apologize.

Daniel/AR: Where can people go to get more information about you and your stuff?

TLP: Well they can call me if they want to have a great conversation, but don’t you give them my number. And please keep all stalkers away, ‘cause I tend to attract them. But seriously, check out my personal web page at: www.tstreetfilms.com
Or you can learn more about me and the new movie at: www.whereibeginmovie.com

Daniel/AR: Is there anything else you would like to add or anyone you would like to kick in the face?

TLP: Yeah, why not. Get out there and support your local artists, whether it be indie filmmakers, indie musicians, painters, poets, artist, puppeteers or whatever, we need your support and belief. The indie artists are key in the creative world and the creative process, we bring honesty and realism to the art world. We don’t water everything down and make it all glamorous like Hollywood does.
Hmmm. Who would I like to kick in the face? Where shall the list begin. Larrs Von Trier for one. Maybe Vincent Gallo for good measure. I will keep the list there until I am angered by someone else.

Daniel/AR: Last question. If you found yourself handicapped in some way but it had a cool super power as a side effect, what handicap would you have, what super power would you choose, how would you use it and would Stan Lee try to sue you?

TLP: Stan Lee may try to sue me for even answering this question. Ha. But seriously, I love me some Stan Lee. He is responsible for some of the greatest comics ever made. But if I did choose a super power it would be invisibility. I have always wanted to be invisible since I was a young lad.

Wow, what an honor. Thank you for this interview. I look forward to seeing the final product. May you be blessed all through life!

Hello everyone. I am happy to announce a promotional dream come true for artists of all genres. In light of the recent news about Ear Xtacy potentially being erased from Louisville I decided to go ahead and announce something I am introducing to artists of all genres. It’s a sad truth that local artists get little exposure and I think like most others do: it’s got to change! So artists of all genres, listen up closely.

Thanks to a supporting cast by Shout! Radio Services and Daniels Doorstep I have an opportunity to give you exposure unlike any other. It’s a package that consists of a high definition video posted on YouTube for your portfolio, an interview like you see me post on this site (which will be posted on as many sites as I can including DanielDoorstep.com, this site, and Louisville Mojo), the opportunity for you to sell your merchandise to the public, and at times mention on local public broadcasting stations, and sometimes being aired live on Acoustic Alternative radio (for musicians). There is a lot more to it than that and you can find information here at AllForOnePromotions.com.

I’m also using my html coding experience to come up with a list of artists in the Louisville area. I have realized that I cannot search one spot and find all the artists that exist in this city. So anyone who is in a band, who paints, who is a comedian, etc. send me your name and what you do and a link so I can get a public directory for this city.

I hope to be able to start one of these conventions really soon but I need the cities support. I am going this alone as far as paying for the initial costs, doing the recruiting, doing the physical work and most of the advertising and it’s very difficult but my passion and desire to be a good samaritan and help others drives me forward. Hopefully, this will work. I have seen no one go to this extent. I can’t thank Shout Radio enough for their support. Here’s to everyone who has an art and skill to make the world a better place!

Sincerely,
Daniel C. Morrison

I am delighted to bring to you a poet who really knows how to put her feelings into words. Formerly of Louisville and now residing in Texas helping famous mentalist/hypnotist Joe Riggs Lori spends her time promoting Joe and giving her optimistic and experienced advice to anyone who needs an ear. Soon she will have a poetry book and I am quite sure it will help many people through their own trials in life.

Lori has an unbelievable amount of emotion in the path she walked in life. I instantly fell in love with the way her heart speaks even though it is not all happiness. With permission I give you her poem…

Hello everyone. I hope the holiday season did you well and your new year started off right. If it didn’t, I hope you were able to sleep through it, ha! I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that the reason the content has not been added regularly has nothing to do with the holidays. I have sprained and fractured my left ankle, caught 2 nasty computer viruses where I had to wipe all computers and my external hard drive and also fought a 17 day nasty cold/flu. Please, no violins.
I’ll have you know that I will be adding content again shortly but I am also excited to announce a project I am going to start backed with support by Shout! Radio Services, AcousticAlternative.com and a trio of good samaritans. It is going to be an arts and entertainment convention focusing on artists of all genres all over the nation, starting first in Louisville, KY. Not only will this allow artists to showcase their talent it will also aid them in a successful resume with promotional opportunities next to impossible to find in one place.
Stay tuned for more information on this. I’m just awaiting the final website design. This is a real deal, not some fly by night idea. I’ll stake my entire reputation on it. In fact, it’s coming together so nicely that I am positive God has a hand in it! So happy 2010 everyone and remember, together we and 2010 can accomplish anything!

Betty Greenwell was one of the most selfless people I have ever known. One of her dreams was to get people to read her poetry and share in her life struggles and happiness. She had a wonderful way of looking at the optimism in all situations and touched the lives of everyone she met. She was one of the few people I have known who really loved God and Jesus Christ and practiced the teachings without turning into a hypocrite. She was a fighter as well, battling a combination of disfiguring deseases as well as leukemia for over 13 years.

Sadly, she passed in October of 2007 but she entered a far better place where she can continue to help the world. I love her very much and promised her I would get her beautiful poetry out to as many people as possible. Although she was still alive when I get her myspace page up she didn’t get to be around for a more national audience. Well, from Heaven she can see that now more people can be inspired in ways only she was capable of. Please enjoy one of my favorite poems by her which is about her first husband, her one true love in life that passed away far too early. Used with permission I present to you…

THE DISTANT DRUM

The Distant Drum
So faint and low my heart did stop;
If only you could know,
They lay the folded flag in my hand,
Where there you left your wedding band.
The years have passed since that sad day,
When you had to go away.
You left your bride, so young, so small,
So very, very all alone.
Was just a year before I wept,
As the drums rolled and my brother slept.
The flag was folded in my dear Mother’s hand,
Her son had died in a distant land.

LAURA SELI

OK, so if you are into paranormal you’ve got to be into horror as well, right? It’s true in my case at least. Therefore, I like to keep my eyes open for people in the field of entertainment to thrill you and give you something cool to spend your time with. Alas, I have found someone I really would like to introduce you. Her name is LAURA SELI and horror is her game, or job rather. Laura is a jack of all trades much like myself, only better. She is a Screenwriter and Executive Producer for all of her films. In her case she is no slacker. Like a nanny who cares about her responsibilities she designs all of the characters’ make-up, costumes, all props, most of the effects, the casting, securing the locations, supplying all food/beverage/cigarettes, filmed second unit, and completely funded both films. She does it all with passion, style and grace. Her resume includes films such as SABBATH and DREAD: RECKONING,. So what, you ask? How dare you. Allow me to fill you in on what you should not go without experiencing. Some people automatically ridicule films and such based on budgets. Those who can look past that and enjoy a unique story and creative ideas to put something together are the real winners. So if there are any hater remarks, leave those to the side until after you’ve seen the movie. My favorite is Dread: The Reckoning so we’ll check out at the unique film, Sabbath first.

Sabbath is a cool take on a casserole of demons, angels, horror, blood, screams and a little something known as the Apocalypse. Unlike most Midwest summer days this story goes from serene to hell in the blink of a ripped apart eye. In fact, I quote from their press release that gets you wanting more, “…visions of demons, angels and the walking dead signal the start of the Apocalypse! A small group of survivors are left fending for themselves as they await their fate…When the last soul enters Heaven and the first sinner is shut out of Hell…the Apocalypse begins!” Ask yourself this, “What would happen if you were the last to die before Judgment Day? How would you react to seeing demons, death and the walking dead?” Once you’ve asked those questions check out the movie and see how you compare.

Not only is this a cool concept, it’s put together well too. Add to it a cast that includes the 1978 “Dawn of the Dead” actor, David Crawford, and you’ll wanna make sure you have enough popcorn so you won’t have to go for seconds. You can also witness the skills of the other cast members: Bobby Williams, Ashley Gallo, Cory Wiseberger, Rob Holmes, Cheyenne Stewart, and Ralph Butler. Check out the trailer

[There is a video that cannot be displayed in this feed. Visit the blog entry to see the video.]

Sabbath is signed to Brain Damage Films and is out now on DVD! It’s good enough to be found at Netflix.com, Amazon.com, CD Universe.com, Blockbuster.com and at BrainDamageFilms.com. To give you more information check out these links

www.BrainDamageFilms.com

www.myspace.com/sabbathfilm

www.myspace.com/inlieuofflowersprods

Now if that didn’t pique your interest go to the doctor and ask why. Next up on Laura Seli’s resume is the film Dread: Reckoning. With the concept of “the wrongs you do, come back to you” this tale is worth watching. It’s a story of a man named Brady who was bringing up three very…no, that’s not it. Wrong movie. It’s about a slack off dude who thinks that life is all about womanizing. Lucky for him, a mystic was kind enough to warn him to repent “before his lifeline fades into oblivion.” What a swell mystic. Unluckily, a pair of demons hunt and kill his friends leaving him all alone to await his own demise. Not the kind of life I’d want to live.

Keeping true to the genre Dread stars “Night of the Living Dead” actor, Bill Hinzman. His skills mixed with the fine cast of Rick Reed, Jason Catlett, Cheyenne Stewart, Ashley Gallo, Darrin Willgues, Karen Fox, Bill Hinzman and Daniel C. Morrison (no, not me, just kidding. You know you want it though.) Together they pull off a disturbing, entertaining reason to not be a womanizer. I suppose the guy should’ve got into those 18 and over ways of life instead. Check out the trailer

Now I quote directly from the reviews given about this immersive movie:

“When I first popped “Dread” into my DVD player to view the screener I didn’t know what to expect. And that was good because it left my mind wide open.
Once the film started I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the editing. For an independent film to possess the quality of sound and lighting was excellent. As the film rolled on, I became convinced that I was watching something that was created by a true talent. Laura is someone to definately keep your eyes on. The creative process is continuous, and you can only work with the hand that is dealt to you. So is this film a home run? Maybe not, but did it get on base? Absolutely! And by the end, it still scored with me.

I can say, that once Laura is backed by a budget and surrounded with other talented pieces, the sky is the limit.
Again, congrats on a job well done. From the screenplay, to the filming, and to the sleepless nights editing, I’m sure there were many!”

Nick Kubik

Hitz The Spot Productions

www.hitzthespot.com

“Dread:Reckoning” will take you on a spine tingling thrill ride that will leave you breathless!

Dread is a great independent horror movie with great special effects and just enough gore. I loved that Dread didn’t go over board with gore in order to sell the movie that way like some do. Although Dread has a strong enough plot that they didn’t need to do that.

Dread also had an outstanding make up artist for the cast especially the demons. I love the coloring they used on the demons it gave them a fresh new look.
Now like most independent films Dead is nothing like a huge Hollywood film so keep that in mind, your not going to be watching The Ring folks. With that said Dread takes you back to when horror movies still had great effects but not all the computerized effects that tend to be to much and take away from the movies brilliance.

I also found that the music that was choice for the movie was a perfect match. It was intense thrash when it needed to be and less intense when it needed to be.

Dread also has a great plot. It’s about a male and a female demon that is killing the guilty, as in the bad people in a quaint little town. The lead character is also one of the biggest horses asses ever which is a big drawl for the demons. Do the demons get him or does he win? You’ll have to watch the movie to find out!”

“Great locations, killer soundtrack, and stylistic cinematography, propels this creepy gem to a new ‘high’ in indie filmaking.”

“As the Hollywood elite sits comfortable remaking the standard fair, Dread shows what Indie ingenuity and original concepts still exist in the horror genre! Night of the Living Dead homage had its element with respect as Bill Hinzman creeping through a cemetery.”
